Before you use the online form below to submit a letter to the editor, please read the guidelines below.

Letters to the editor must be 300 words or fewer and are subject to editing to conform to Windsor Now style. Limit submissions to one letter every 30 days.

We will not publish letters that do not include attribution of fact, are vague, contain poetry, dominated by secondary sources, open letters to a third party, written to another publication, personal attacks on public or private individuals.

Writers must include daytime phone numbers for verification. Letters will be published within 72 hours of verification, space allowing.

Guest columnists must submit, or have us take, a photograph to run with the column and provide a one-sentence biographical statement. Columns must be 400-600 words. We reserve the right to edit as needed or reject a column entirely if necessary.

POLICY REGARDING ELECTION-RELATED COMMENTARY

Calls: No calls regarding any aspect of the election will be published. Letters to the Editor: Letters must be no more than 100 words. Form letters and letter-writing campaigns will not be accepted. Letters will be published from Larimer and Weld County residents, businesses and organizations only. Columns on candidates: Each candidate may submit one column during the campaign season. Columns must be no more than 325 words. Columns from private individuals regarding candidates will not be accepted.

All other Windsor Now policies apply: Include your full name, address and telephone number for verification. We will not publish letters that are vague, include unattributed facts are dominated by secondary sources, are open letters to a third party, are written to another publication or are personal attacks on public or private individuals
